Privacy Policy

Below is our policy detailing how we (Pause & Be Travel) collect, use, share, store, and protect your personal information, particularly information gathered through our website, www.pauseandbetravel.com.

Our website may contain links to third-party websites. We have no control over or responsibility for those websites, nor does this Privacy Policy apply to those sites. We recommend reviewing their privacy policies before engaging with them.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time, so we encourage you to review it periodically to stay informed of any changes.

Our Commitment to Your Privacy

Pause & Be Travel is a female-owned company, not a multinational corporation. We sell travel experiences, not your data. You trust us with your vacation plans, and we believe you should be able to trust us with your privacy too.

Making travel arrangements requires you to share sensitive personal information, such as passport details. We take every precaution to safeguard this information and share it only when necessary to organize your trip.

Data Collection

Like most websites, we automatically collect some data as you browse our site. This may include personal information such as your IP address. Generally speaking, we use this data to maintain our website and monitor traffic. We also purge unnecessary data when we no longer need it.

We advertise through online ad networks such as Google AdWords, Microsoft Bing, and Facebook (including their AI services). These platforms use tracking "pixels" on our website, which may monitor your activity (pages visited, links clicked, etc.) as you browse our site and others. This data is primarily used to personalize ads to you on these networks.

If you are uncomfortable being tracked, there are several ways to opt-out, which are outlined below under the "Online Advertising" section. Opting out is entirely your choice and, in most cases, will not affect your ability to browse our site or purchase products.

Your Privacy Choices

We are dedicated to protecting your privacy and making sure you feel comfortable using our website. If you have any questions or need clarification about anything in this policy, please feel free to contact us.

Information That May Be Automatically Collected

When you visit our website, read our emails, watch our videos, click on our online advertisements, visit our social media profiles, or engage with us in other ways, we and our partners may automatically collect certain information. Examples of this information include:

  • Browsing Data: Such as webpages viewed, the time spent on our site and on each page, links clicked, and referring websites from which you arrived at our site.
  • Device Configuration Data: Including the type of device or browser you use, your operating system, your Internet service provider, and your device's regional & language settings.
  • Search Terms: The terms you enter into our site's search feature.
  • Device Identifiers: Such as your IP address.
  • Geographic Location: Approximate location based on your IP address or Internet service provider.

This information may be collected by our website and stored on our server or in our database, or it may be collected and stored by our partners. We use various technologies to collect and store this information, such as:

  • Web Server Logs: When you access a webpage, image, or any other file, your browser or device sends the requested URL along with your IP address and the version of your browser or device to the server. Our server automatically records these requests in a web server log.
  • Cookies: These are simple data files written to your device by your browser to enhance security, personalize your experience, and remember preferences. Cookies also help track how you use our site to target ads to you on other websites. They may remain on your device after closing your browser until deleted or expired. There are session cookies (which clear when you close your browser) and persistent cookies (which stay on your device).
  • Tracking Pixels: Small image files or JavaScript code embedded in a website, video, email, or advertisement that sends information about your browsing activity. We use tracking pixels from third parties (including Google, Microsoft, Meta, and other platforms) to track your activity and purchases, display ads on other sites, and provide additional functionality. These pixels may continue to track you across different sites. We are not responsible for tracking on other websites.
  • Device Fingerprinting: This involves analyzing sets of information from your device’s browser to create a unique "fingerprint" to identify your device. Although we don’t use fingerprinting ourselves, some of our partners may.
  • Location-Identifying Technologies: Based on your IP address and Internet service provider, it is often possible to determine your approximate geographic location. We do not collect this data directly, but our partners (including Google Analytics and other companies) may.

For more information on how we use tracking technologies, see Online Advertising, Remarketing, and Third-Party Tracking below.

Mailing List and Newsletter Subscriptions

We are committed to keeping you informed and inspired for your travels. While we currently do not have an active newsletter, we plan to introduce one in the future. Once launched, we will send out periodic updates, travel tips, and special promotions to subscribers through our trusted partner, Mailchimp — one of the world’s most popular and reliable email service providers.

When you choose to subscribe to our mailing list, rest assured that your data will be handled securely. You can always review Mailchimp’s Privacy Policy for more information on how they manage your personal data.

  • Subscription Process: You may subscribe to our newsletter at any time by providing your email address. When you start a booking on our website, we automatically subscribe the person making the booking to our newsletter (if they are not already subscribed). Secondary travelers might be automatically subscribed as well.
  • Subscription via Facebook: You may also subscribe to our newsletter via our Facebook profile, which requires your first and last name, along with your email address.
  • Customization: As a subscriber, you may choose the frequency and topics of the emails we send you. If you do not make a selection, the default option is to receive all emails. You can expect periodic emails based on your preferences, as well as occasional surveys, contests, or notices.
  • Past Customers: If you are a past customer but not currently subscribed to our newsletter, we may send you occasional emails related to your past bookings or special opportunities for which you may be eligible.
  • Unsubscribing: If at any time you wish to unsubscribe from our emails, you can contact us directly. If you unsubscribe or are purged from our list due to undeliverability, we retain your information on a separate list to respect your unsubscribe request and to prevent inadvertent re-subscription. Should you wish for your information to be completely deleted from all mailing lists, including the unsubscribed list, please contact us, and we will promptly fulfill your request.
Customer Reviews and Marketing

After you book with us or return from travel, we may send you an email requesting feedback about your experience and satisfaction with our customer service or your trip. Your responses will be stored securely by us, and we may use this feedback for future marketing efforts.

  • Impartial Review Process: All reviews we receive about our services (unless they contain inappropriate content) will be published in a manner that reflects your honest and unbiased experience. These reviews may be featured on our website, in our emails, or in other promotional materials.
  • Opting for Name Visibility: When submitting a review, you may choose to show or hide your name alongside the review. We may use only your first name, but not your last name, unless you have given us permission to include both.
  • Data Use: In submitting a review, you agree that we may use your feedback for promotional purposes, including sharing it in marketing materials, on our website, or across our social media platforms.
Payment Methods

We accept payments by credit card. All payments are processed by OPN PAYMENTS on our behalf.

  • Credit Card Payments: When you enter your credit card information on our site (or provide it to one of our agents), we relay this information directly to PayPal’s secure processing gateway. PayPal then responds with the transaction status (success or failure) and a reference number. To protect your payment information, we do not save your full credit card number, expiration date, or security code. We only retain the last four digits of your card number to cross-reference transactions.

Your payment information is securely stored by OPN PAYMENTS according to their privacy policies. You can review OPN PAYMENT's Privacy Policy for more information on their website: https://www.opn.ooo/th-en/

Social Media and Online Interactions

We maintain profiles or accounts on Facebook, Instagram, Pinterest, Twitter, YouTube, X, and other social media sites. We encourage you to interact with us on these platforms. However, your use of these platforms, any content you post there, and any information collected by them, is governed by their own terms of use and privacy policies, which we encourage you to review.

Some pages on our site include social media features and widgets, including features to "like" or share specific travel products or pages from our site on Facebook, Twitter, Pinterest, or other social media sites. These features may collect information such as your IP address and which page you are visiting on our site, or set a cookie to identify you or enable the feature to function properly. These features are hosted by third parties, and your interactions with them are governed by the privacy policy of the company providing it.

With your permission, we may use comments about our service and products that you have provided on our social media profiles in our advertising or on our website.

In addition, our social media platforms may employ AI technologies to assist with the personalization and targeting of content or advertisements based on your preferences and interactions. This may include analyzing your social media engagement to deliver more relevant offers or promotions. Please be aware that the use of AI technologies is governed by the privacy policies of the respective platforms.

Use of Personal Information and Data Sharing

  • Processing your bookings and providing the requested products or services.
  • Communicating with you, especially regarding your bookings, and responding to your questions and requests.
  • Developing and improving our travel products and services.
  • Operating and maintaining our website.
  • Measuring website traffic, usage trends, and understanding user behavior.
  • Analyzing the interests and demographics of our users as a whole.
  • Improving our website, booking process, site content, accessibility, and overall customer experience.
  • Conducting market research and evaluating the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and channels.
  • Strengthening our relationship with customers and enhancing their satisfaction.
  • Addressing breaches of policies or terms, threats, or harm.
  • Complying with applicable laws and responding to legal obligations.
  • Considering you for job opportunities with us.

We retain information related to completed bookings or payments, proposals, printed booking requests, and communications with us indefinitely. Information for incomplete bookings is also stored indefinitely.

Security, Abuse & Fraud Prevention, and Website Maintenance

Some of the information we automatically collect, including your IP address, may be used for the following purposes:

  • To address or prevent fraud, including credit card fraud.
  • To prevent abuse of our email systems (including spam) or website (including unauthorized attempts to access secure or private areas).
  • To troubleshoot technical difficulties and errors.
  • To ensure the privacy and security of our customers and the integrity of our website.
Reviews

If you complete a service or product survey, we may use your review (along with your name, if you have opted to show it) in full or in part on our website or in printed and/or online advertisements to promote our business or products. We also use other comments about our service and products that you have provided on our social media profiles, in surveys, in our communications with you, or on other websites, in our advertising. We retain reviews indefinitely, or until you request that we delete them.

Surveys

From time to time, we may offer you the opportunity to participate in surveys. If you participate, we may request some personally identifiable information from you, such as your name and email address. Participation in these surveys is completely voluntary. We use the information you provide only to conduct the survey. We will not use it for any other purpose, unless otherwise stated and with your explicit consent. While we may use a third party to conduct these surveys or contests in the future, at present, we are handling them ourselves.

Online Advertising, Remarketing, and Third-Party Tracking

We use Google AdWords, Microsoft's Bing Ads, Facebook, and other advertising platforms to serve online ads promoting our business and travel products, both in search engines and on other websites. Some of this is done through "remarketing," which displays advertisements relevant to pages or products you have previously viewed on our website. We do this to offer tailored advertisements that may be of interest to you if you have shown an interest in our products.

To achieve this, our site utilizes tracking scripts from Google AdWords, Bing Ads, Facebook, and may also use tracking pixels and scripts from other third parties. These technologies collect information about your use of our website over time to display remarketing ads relevant to your interests and/or to measure the success of our advertising campaigns. Additionally, AI technologies from these platforms may analyze your browsing behavior and preferences to further personalize ads and enhance targeting. These third-party tracking pixels and scripts may set cookies on your browser and use various tracking technologies, as described above under Information that may be automatically collected.

The information collected by these companies, and other third parties through their tracking pixels, scripts, and AI technologies, is stored and processed by them and is subject to their own privacy policies and practices. We encourage you to familiarize yourself with their privacy policies and terms of use. For information on your rights and choices regarding tracking and online advertising, including how to block or opt-out of such tracking, please see the section on privacy choices below.

Lookalike Audiences

For advertising purposes, we may occasionally use information about our customers to generate a "lookalike audience" or "similar audience" of prospective customers through platforms such as Facebook, Google, or other advertising networks. This allows us to target advertisements to potential customers who appear to have shared interests or similar demographics to our existing customers, based on the platforms' own data and their AI technologies.

We typically do this by securely uploading a list of email addresses. These platforms, such as Facebook, irreversibly hash (encrypt) the list before processing it. The hashed data is then matched against their user base to create the lookalike audience, after which the uploaded list is deleted and not used for any other purpose. We do not have access to the identity of anyone in the lookalike audience, unless they choose to interact with our advertisements.

These platforms may use their own AI algorithms to identify patterns in behavior and interests to improve the accuracy of lookalike audiences. We believe that generating lookalike audiences in this manner poses minimal risk to the privacy of our customers, as the process is anonymized and handled by the platforms themselves.

If you wish to opt out of being included in "similar audiences" in Google, you can adjust your preferences in your Google Ads Settings. For more information on managing your online advertising preferences, see the section on Online Advertising below.

Website Analytics

We use Google Analytics and may use other third-party analytics tools to help us collect data and measure traffic and usage trends for our website. These tools assist us in understanding the interests and demographics of our users as a whole, evaluating the performance of marketing campaigns and channels, analyzing how people interact with our website, and continuously improving our website, booking process, site content, accessibility, and customer experience.

The data we collect through these tools is generally aggregate data that does not personally identify individual users but instead provides insight into overall trends. To further protect user privacy, we have enabled an optional feature in Google Analytics to anonymize IP addresses, ensuring that your full IP address is not stored or processed.

These analytics platforms may use AI technologies to enhance data analysis, identify patterns, and provide deeper insights into user behavior. For example, AI may help predict trends, recommend optimizations, and improve the accuracy of audience segmentation.

If you prefer not to be included in Google Analytics tracking, you can use the Google Analytics Opt-Out Browser Add-on. Additionally, some analytics platforms provide their own privacy controls to help manage your data preferences. For more details, see the section on Your Rights and Choices below.

Aggregate and Non-Identifying Information

We may use aggregate data and information that does not personally identify you, including information that has been de-identified or anonymized, for various purposes. This data helps us understand usage trends, improve our services and website, develop marketing strategies, and enhance customer experiences.

We may share such non-identifying information with third parties, affiliates, and business partners, including for research, analysis, and marketing purposes. This information may also be used by us or shared with third parties to enhance automated decision-making processes, such as through AI tools that help analyze patterns and improve our offerings.

We store aggregate and non-identifying information indefinitely, without obligation to you, except as prohibited by applicable law.

Geographic Information

We may occasionally use location data automatically collected by tools such as Mailchimp (once launched) or other third-party services to send targeted emails for promotional or legal purposes. This data helps us provide more relevant content based on your general geographic region, such as location-specific travel promotions or important legal notices applicable to your area.

We do not use geographic information for any other purposes, nor do we track your real-time location. Any location data used is typically limited to city, region, or country-level information, and we ensure that it is handled in accordance with our privacy practices and applicable laws.

Some of these tools may also utilize AI technologies to further refine geographic targeting, helping us improve the relevance and effectiveness of our communications.

Information Provided by Others

We may receive your personal information from third parties in various contexts, such as:

  • Emergency Contact: If someone lists you as an emergency contact in connection with a booking or trip, we will only use your information for that purpose.
  • Referrals: If someone refers you to our services or if you refer someone to us, we will only use the information provided to contact you about our offerings, as appropriate.
  • Gift Certificates: If someone purchases a gift certificate for you, we will use the provided information to deliver the certificate and facilitate any related communications.
  • Job Applications: If you are listed as a reference by a job applicant, we will only use your information to verify their application.

We do not use personal information provided by others for any purposes beyond those stated above. If you wish for your information to be deleted after receiving such a referral or being listed as a contact, you may request this, and we will promptly remove it from our records unless required by law to retain it.

Sharing Your Information

We take your privacy seriously and will never sell your personal data to any third party for advertising or any other reason. Ever. However, there are instances where we may need to share your personal information in order to provide you with our services, ensure your safety, or comply with legal requirements.

We may share your personal data in the following ways:

  • With third-party vendors, service providers, contractors, and agents who perform services on our behalf, such as mailing services, payment processing, web hosting, and analytics. These providers are contractually prohibited from using your data for any purpose beyond performing the services we request, except in the case of aggregate or de-identified data, which they may use for broader purposes.
  • With Pause & Be Foundation (or similar initiatives) for promoting philanthropic projects or inviting contributions to our community efforts.
  • With third parties when necessary to protect the security or integrity of our website, databases, or other digital assets, or to investigate suspected security breaches.
  • With legal authorities, advisers, and insurers if required to comply with laws, subpoenas, or legal requests, or if we reasonably believe such action is necessary to:
    • Comply with legal obligations or court orders
    • Protect the rights, property, or safety of Pause & Be Travel, our customers, or others
    • Investigate or prevent illegal activities, fraud, or counterfeiting
    • Respond to legal claims or use information as evidence in ongoing or potential litigation

Additionally, in the event of a merger, acquisition, bankruptcy, or reorganization of Pause & Be Travel, your personal information may be transferred to the new entity as part of the transaction.

We may also share your personal data with third parties involved in your travel arrangements, including:

  • Government agencies to fulfill legal requirements for international travel.
  • Embassies, consulates, or visa processing companies to secure necessary travel documents (e.g., visas).
  • Travel service providers such as airlines, hotels, cruise operators, and land transportation companies to fulfill your booking.
  • Tour leaders, escorts, and guides to ensure your safety, comfort, and overall travel experience.

We will never share your information for any other purpose without your explicit consent.

Your Privacy Choices

We believe in giving you control over your personal information. Below are the choices available to you regarding how we handle your data:

Modifying or Deleting Your Information

If you would like to review, update, correct, delete, or request a copy of the personal information you’ve provided to us, or if you’d like us to remove your name, comments, or reviews from our website, social media profiles, or advertising materials, please contact us directly.

We will do our best to accommodate your request. However, please be aware that we may not be able to modify or delete certain information in all circumstances, particularly if we are required to retain it for legal, regulatory, or business reasons.

Tracking Technology: Cookies & Tracking Pixels

Our website uses cookies and tracking pixels to enhance your browsing experience and help us measure website performance and user behavior. Here's how these technologies work and how you can manage your preferences:

Cookies

Cookies are small files stored on your device that help websites remember your preferences, login details, and browsing activity. Most web browsers automatically accept cookies, but you can modify your browser settings to:

  • Display a warning before accepting cookies.
  • Accept cookies only from certain websites.
  • Block or refuse all cookies.

You can also clear existing cookies for specific websites or all websites. If you use multiple browsers or devices, you’ll need to adjust the settings in each browser separately.

Please note that blocking or limiting cookies may negatively impact your browsing experience. Some website features may not function correctly without cookies, including the ability to make a booking on our website.

Many browsers offer a privacy mode (such as Google Chrome's Incognito Mode or Microsoft Edge's InPrivate Mode) that accepts cookies during your session but deletes them when you close your browser.

For more information on managing cookies, or to check if cookies are enabled in your browser, visit an online cookie-checking tool.

"Do Not Track" (DNT) Signals

Do Not Track (DNT) is a browser setting that sends a request to websites and web services to stop tracking your activity.

While our website does not track personal information about your browsing activity over time, the third-party tracking tools we use — such as Google Analytics, Facebook, and other advertising platforms — may respect DNT signals based on their policies.

To learn more about Do Not Track, check if you're being tracked, or enable DNT in your browser, visit:

Google Analytics

We use Google Analytics to collect data about website traffic, usage trends, and user behavior to improve our website, booking process, and overall customer experience. Google Analytics also incorporates Artificial Intelligence (AI) and machine learning to provide deeper insights, detect anomalies, and optimize our marketing efforts.

If you prefer not to have your data collected and used by Google Analytics, you can specifically prevent this by downloading and installing the Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on. This add-on is available for most major browsers and allows you to control your privacy settings easily.

For more information and to download the add-on, visit: ➡️ Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on

Online Advertising

Google, Microsoft, Facebook, and other ad networks may tailor the ads they serve based on your interests, pages you’ve visited, web searches you've done, and other data they gather while you browse sites they manage or that use their tracking pixels. These platforms may also use AI technologies to enhance ad targeting by predicting your preferences and behavior.

To modify your interests or turn off personalization for ads served by Google, you can visit Google's Ad Settings. You can also turn off ad personalization with Google's Interest-Based Advertising Opt-out browser plug-in, which opts you out of the advertising cookie that Google uses to show you interest-based ads.

To turn off personalization for ads served by Microsoft, you can visit Microsoft's Ad Settings.

To modify your preferences or turn off personalization for ads served by Facebook, you can visit Facebook's Ad Preferences.

In addition, on your iPhone, iPad, or Android device, you can change your device settings to opt out of interest-based ads.

Many of the companies that display interest-based advertising are members of the Network Advertising Initiative (NAI) and/or Digital Advertising Alliance (DAA). To learn more about interest-based advertising and how you may be able to opt-out of interest-based advertising, tracking, and/or sharing of tracking data by their members, visit their online resources at:

Other resources (not affiliated with NAI or DAA) include TRUSTe's Preferences Manager or, for EU residents, Your Online Choices.

Please note that if you opt-out of interest-based advertising using any of these methods, the opt-out may only apply to the specific browser, device, or account from which you opt-out. Further, opting-out only means that the selected advertising platform(s) should no longer deliver certain interest-based advertising to you, but does not mean you will no longer see any online ads or stop seeing targeted content and/or ads from other ad networks. We cannot be responsible for the effectiveness of, or compliance with, any third-parties' opt-out options or programs.

Email List

To unsubscribe from our email list or request deletion of your email data, please refer to the instructions provided above in the Privacy Choices section.

Printed Advertising

If you wish to opt-out of receiving printed catalogs or other printed advertisements via postal mail, please contact us to request removal from our mailing list.

European, U.S., and Australian/Oceanic Privacy Rights

We are a Thailand-based business that targets both European residents or consumers, as well as U.S. and Australian/Oceanic residents.

If you are a "data subject" in Europe, you may have additional rights in relation to your personal data under the EU's General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

For U.S. residents, data protection rights are governed by various state and federal laws, such as the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA), among others. These regulations grant certain rights to individuals regarding the collection, use, and sale of personal information.

In Australia and the Oceanic region, privacy rights are protected under the Privacy Act of 1988, as well as additional regional and sector-specific regulations, which govern how personal data is collected, used, and shared.

If you wish to discuss or exercise any of these rights, please contact us.

How We Protect Your Information

We use industry-standard physical, electronic, and organizational safeguards to protect your personal information against loss, theft, unauthorized access, or disclosure. These safeguards include, but are not limited to:

  • Encryption: We use secure encryption methods to protect sensitive data transmitted over the internet.
  • Access Control: Only authorized personnel are granted access to personal data, and access is restricted to the minimum required for each employee’s role.
  • Firewalls and Anti-virus Protection: We employ firewalls, anti-virus software, and other security measures to prevent unauthorized access to our systems.
  • Regular Audits: We regularly audit and monitor our systems to ensure data security and compliance with applicable privacy regulations.
  • Data Storage: Personal data is stored in secure databases with restricted access, and we take measures to prevent physical or electronic tampering.

While we take these measures to ensure the protection of your personal information, please note that no system is completely secure. We continually evaluate and enhance our security practices in response to new technologies and potential risks.

SSL Encryption

We prioritize your security by implementing SSL (TLS 1.2) encryption, the current industry standard for bank-grade website protection. Whenever you visit our website, make a booking or payment, or submit any information through our site, your data is transmitted securely using 256-bit SSL encryption. You can verify this by looking for the padlock icon in your browser.

To provide an added layer of security and trust, we use an "Extended Validation" (EV) SSL certificate issued by a trusted certificate authority. This certificate not only encrypts your connection but also confirms our company’s identity. As a result, many browsers display our company name in green in the address bar, ensuring that you are on our legitimate website and not an imposter’s site.

We continuously review and update our server configuration to ensure we are using the most secure SSL ciphers and features. However, please note that secure SSL encryption also depends on the compatibility of your device or browser. We recommend using the latest version of a popular browser to ensure the best security. To check your device for vulnerabilities, you can visit HowsMySSL.com.

Session Security & Shared Computers

When you begin a booking on our website, we place a session cookie on your device. This cookie ensures that only the device and browser you are using have access to your booking and the information you’ve entered. If there is inactivity for a certain period of time, the session will expire, and you will no longer be able to access the booking through that browser.

Once you finalize your booking, we remove the cookie, ensuring that no one, including yourself, can access the details you entered during the process.

Currently, we do not offer a "my account" feature, meaning that your personal or purchase information cannot be accessed through our website by you or anyone else.

If you are using a shared computer to make a booking, payment, or provide any personal information through our website, we recommend that you take precautions such as closing your browser or clearing your browser history to prevent others from accessing your information.

Data Security

Unlike many companies that store customer data across distributed cloud servers or data centers, our website and customer database are hosted on a dedicated server in Thailand, using an enterprise-grade database managed by a professional team of hosting experts. We have taken extensive measures to secure access to this server with multiple layers of security. As a small company, we are able to limit access to this server to only a few trusted individuals, ensuring a high level of security. (In matters of security, we believe that smaller, more focused systems can be more secure than larger ones.)

As mentioned earlier, we do work with third parties to manage our mailing list, product and service reviews, and occasional surveys. However, the personal information shared with these third parties is generally limited to your name, email address, and the products you have purchased. We choose these companies based on their strong reputations for security, and we trust them to implement appropriate measures to safeguard your data.

Deleting obsolete data

Where practical and possible, we strive to delete personal information after it is no longer needed or unlikely to be useful, including (but not limited to):

  • Purging your passport details after you return from travel (except for tours to Cuba, where we are required by law to retain passport details for 5 years after travel).
  • Purging all information associated with unfinished bookings after 90 days.
  • Purging IP addresses collected with bookings, requests for proposals, and for other purposes from our database after 60 days.
  • Purging web server logs after 60 days.
Data Breaches

In the unlikely event that we become aware of a security breach (either on our server or with one of the third parties we employ) that may have exposed your personal information, we will notify you as soon as reasonably possible and inform you of what information may have been exposed. If you are concerned that your privacy may have been compromised, please don't hesitate to contact us.
